该生产线具有自动化程度高，操作直观简便，噪音小，可靠性能优良等特点。单面机采用高精度 瓦楞辊， 自动间歇式循环润滑油，六点距离数据显示和调整， 自动受控于整线生产速度，能准确在屏 幕上显示自动侦测的面纸楞纸的实用长度，在多品种规格更换操作中节省大量原纸及能源，效果十分显著。多层涂胶机采用直动式微电脑控制，涂胶厚薄及压纸厚度均采用数字显示，同步性能良好。全电脑压线分纸机，储存工艺订单数为百万个，具有清晰的荧屏显示画面及准确的自动控制精度。双面机采用宽带静噪驱动装置，密集式压辊，皮带升降及张紧采用液压操纵，带有自动纠偏功能，横切机能储存百万个订单号，切纸精度高。堆叠输送机具有全电脑数据分析， 自动控制加强纸板堆叠及送出有序，全线采用进口名牌厂家电控器件，确保优良的可靠性。 　　该线具有现场生产动作管理系统及办公室生产管理系统，能准确记录储存大量的订单信息、仓库管理信息、纸板帐款信息及工况信息，使整条生产线进人操作数字化、管理数据化。 　　This production line has many features: The degree of automation is high;dynamic noise is low; operation reliable,accurate and so on. single facer is equipped with highly-precise corrugating roll, automatic interval circular lubrication system, digital displayer & adjuster of 6-spot distance. The speed of the single facer can automatically change with the speed of the whole production line. It can automatically test and exactly display the actual length of he face paper and corrugated paper on the screen, can save a plenty of raw paper and power during change of different orders in outstanding effect. Double glue or triplex glue is controlled directly by computer. The thickness of glue and thickness of corrugated board can be displayed, synchronization is good. NC. Slitter scorer can memorize millions of orders, display clear images on the screen, has exact precision of automatic control. Double facer is equipped with wide-wed driver eliminating noise, dense board pressing rolls and deviation-corrector. The lift & tention of the canvas belt can be hydraulically controlled. Cross cutter can memorize millions of orders, has excellent cutting accuracy.
